A native Floridian born and raised in South Florida, Gale Thomas has worked with glass for the past twenty-two years. Her work can be seen on her website and is currently on display at the Bazaar on Apricot and Lime in Sarasota, FL. Her glass is characterized by vibrant colors, contrasting shapes, and bold composition.

Gale finds her inspiration from nature and her surroundings using found flowers, pictures, and life experience. She is also inspired by a strong faith which is reflected in some of her works.

Gale is self-taught from her garage with nothing but a glass cutter and scrap glass in a studio located in her home with tools, machines, storage, and glass.
